This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable German data protection laws.

When you submit a contact form, request a consultation, or engage our services, we may collect the following personal information: full name, email address, phone number, company name, project details, and any other information you voluntarily provide. We also automatically collect standard web analytics data including IP address, browser type, device information, and page visit duration.
How We Use Your Information
We process your personal data exclusively for the following purposes: responding to your inquiries and project requests, delivering contracted services, sending project-related communications, processing invoices and payments, and complying with legal and tax obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party marketers or data brokers.
Data Retention
Personal data submitted through our contact forms is retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, or for the duration of an active client relationship plus any applicable statutory retention period. Upon expiration, data is securely deleted from all systems.
Your Rights Under GDPR

II. Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern all engagements between DesignStructureWorks and its clients. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions in their entirety.
Scope of Services
DesignStructureWorks provides UI/UX design, frontend development, design system engineering, and related web interface services. All project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in a mutually agreed Statement of Work (SOW) or written proposal preceding each engagement.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment of all agreed invoices, DesignStructureWorks assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in project-specific deliverables — including source code, design tokens, component libraries, and digital assets — directly to the Client. DesignStructureWorks retains the right to display anonymized case studies and portfolio excerpts unless explicitly restricted in writing.
Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in the SOW. Late payments accrue interest at a rate of 9 percentage points above the European Central Bank base rate. DesignStructureWorks reserves the right to pause ongoing work if payment is overdue by more than 21 days.
Limitation of Liability
DesignStructureWorks' total liability for any project engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered digital assets.
IV. Refund & Reimbursement Policy
DesignStructureWorks is committed to delivering exceptional value and client satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or reimbursements may be issued for our services.
Pre-Engagement Cancellation
If you wish to cancel a project before any work has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund of any advance payment or deposit within 14 business days of the cancellation request.
Partial Refunds
If a project is cancelled after work has begun, a partial refund may be issued proportional to the undelivered portion of the agreed scope. The delivered work product remains the property of DesignStructureWorks until full payment is received. Refund calculations are documented and communicated transparently.
Completed Deliverables
Refunds are not available for completed and delivered project milestones that have been formally accepted and signed off by the Client. DesignStructureWorks offers a 14-day post-delivery revision window for each milestone to address any defects or deviations from the agreed scope.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a billing dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct negotiation before pursuing external mediation. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Wolfsburg, Germany.
